really dislike shipping charges ourselves and wish we
did not have to charge them. The fact of the matter is
that we could charge higher prices for our single
products or set a minimum order size and offer 'free
shipping'.

feel that would be a tremendous disservice to our
customers who only need small quantities and to those
who are placing a small order to try our products for
the first time and to gauge our customer service. We
experimented with it briefly and were not able to
arrive at universally fair price points. We want to
keep our prices as low as we can, for these
aforementioned customers and those of you who might
like to add a liitle something extra to your standard
order and would be unfairly charged inflated prices
for the small add-ons were we to tout 'free shipping'
and have to cover it's costs.

fact of the matter is, our products are not readily
available in retail stores and so shipping is
unavoidable. We cannot think of a fair way to
deliver
our products to you free of charge.

is faster than UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground and the
quality of service has been excellent for the more
than 12 years we have used the service.

we may take up to 2 business days to get your order
